After completing a two-year Master’s degree in Computer Science and gaining several years’ experience in software development, I joined EFFIOS as a Tech Lead. Attracted by the diversity of the projects and their impact on the education sector, I am involved in developing tools for the ERAM and DNMA projects, whilst managing a team of developers. I also contribute to data projects, working alongside data scientists to structure data flows and extract value from business data. The working environment is both flexible and demanding, offering a high degree of autonomy alongside a strong team spirit. EFFIOS provides an environment where technical expertise goes hand in hand with purpose and practical application.

Public policies consultant

After graduating with a degree in Public Policy from Paris-Dauphine University in 2023, I joined EFFIOS as a consultant, drawn by the challenges associated with education policy and the tangible impact of the projects we undertake. Within the firm, I particularly appreciate the agile and collaborative working environment, which allows me to quickly gain autonomy in project management. On a day-to-day basis, I have the opportunity to work on the ERAM project, a meaningful initiative that allows me to develop my skills.

I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in Data Engineering & AI at EFREI Paris, and joined EFFIOS in March 2026 as a Data Platform / DataOps Engineer intern. What motivated me was the opportunity to design robust architectures capable of transforming massive volumes of raw data into reliable and actionable insights. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the teams’ warmth and support. On a day-to-day basis, I work within a flexible organisation that truly encourages initiative. I’m involved in strategic data-driven projects such as the DNMA, where I can see the direct and tangible impact of my work.

After completing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at Paris Dauphine University and gaining two years’ experience in public policy evaluation, I joined EFFIOS in 2025 as a consultant, with a particular interest in education policy. I appreciate the warm welcome given to new colleagues, the trust placed in us, and the space given to everyone’s ideas in the delivery of projects. In particular, I have worked on the DNMA project and on the application compliance of the GAR, at the intersection of digital, regulatory and educational issues.
