Management and deployment of projects

We support the steering, implementation and deployment on a large scale of major digital projects in the education sector, both at the operational (financial, change management, management tools, communication) and technical level. The valorisation of projects is at the heart of our approach as it is a key factor in the success of our intervention.

The Educational Resource Access Manager

Client : Ministry of National Education

Context

The challenge of the Educational Resource Access Manager (ERAM) is to connect the digital environment of students, carried by the public, to all school publishers in a simple manner and while preserving personal data in accordance with the legal and regulatory principles that apply to schools and in full compliance with the RGPD. Since 2016, EFFIOS has been supporting the Ministry of National Education in the strategic development, deployment and administrative management of the ERAM.

The ERAM project was initiated to jointly address two issues:

  • The need to simplify access to digital resources used in schools;
  • The determination to secure, structure and limit personal data exchange, by developing and setting up a "filter".

Objectives

Results

The ERAM has allowed :

  • The simplification of how digital resources are technically distributed, in response to the difficulties encountered by stakeholders in the educational community such as actors of the edtech sector
  • The development and appropriation of an organisational, legal and technical framework around the exploitation of school data, to ensure that data flows, their processing and accommodation are carried out with respect to privacy and security and interoperability requirements.

As a Master’s student in Public Policy, Digital & New Technologies, I completed my first internship at EFFIOS. The great strength of the firm lies in the great diversity of the subjects on which we are called to work on and the variety of tasks that may be entrusted to us. Nothing better than to spend 6 months in a rich and stimulating environment, all in a pleasant, relaxed and unique atmosphere!

I had the opportunity to contribute to the GarageLAB project, in particular to the development of e-learning modules, work for the Ministry of Education on the ERAM project, the "Education and Industry Fund" project and conduct a study on teacher training by ICT in sub-Saharan Africa.

Ensuring that the business needs and technical solutions involved in projects are appropriate. To achieve this, we have developed an in-depth expertise in the implementation and operation of technical solutions and in the analysis of data useful to decision-makers in the education sector.
